Oregon's Willamette valley is on the 45th parallel, which is the same as Germany's famous hop-growing region. Reflecting that balance, our IPA is just that - a classic parallel. We use American 2-Row, Vienna, Carapils, and Crystal-40 to provide a solid, substantial malt backbone. Then we use Columbus for bittering, Cascade and Ahtanum for finishing, and dry hop with Cluster, Centennial and Chinook.
