We use lots of grains to build the base for this unique beer: A touch of rauch malt to provide just enough smokiness up front, American 2-row, Munich, Carapils, Victory, Crystal-40 and Crystal-60, Roasted Barley, and a little de-bittered black malt. Magnum for bittering and Willamette in the finish provide a nice floral touch. This is a mild in style only!
