I had this beer on-tap in an imperial pint glass at Bailey's Taproom in Portland.
Appearance: very dark brown with a bit had haze and a singer of frothy ivory foam. I dig it.
Smell: a toasty, yeasty lager aroma. Simple, but appropriate.
Taste: toasty, nutty, a bit yeasty and with a dash of vegetal, earthy hops. A little muddled for my taste.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not bad, but not especially to my taste.
