If you find yourself at this brewery and they have this beer, get it on tap and take some cans to go. One of the most flavorful, smoothest BBA beers I've ever had. It has a nice ester profile from the base that melds nicely with the sweetness of the bourbon with an incredibly smooth barrel presence. They do not fill growler but as mentioned above, at the time of my visit they sold 16oz cans ($8) to go. Truly a gem of a beer if you so happen to find yourself by this brewery. Well made Cognition, well made!
