Batch #2. Bottled 10/26/16; drank 11/3/16 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dark orange apperance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy off-white head; a thick curtain of lace.
Strawberry & cane sugar notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Strawberry & can sugar flavors up front; dry grapefruit notes on the finish. No booze heat.
Sweet & dry; a nice take on the lactose DIPA style.

750 ml bottle into a teku glass. Batch #030, had 6/21/17.
Pours a very cloudy, bright yellow/orange, with a half inch head and some light, foamy cling. Smells of citrus and tropical hops- orange, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, some lime, light malt and yeast, some lactose- stronger as it warms. The taste starts with the hops as well- orange, pineapple, mango, light grapefruit, some pine and resin, malt, a little lactose. Bitter up front, then comes back on the aftertaste and lingers a while. Fair amount of sweetness from the middle to the finish. Really good. Smooth, juicy and refreshing, a little creamy, a very solid light to medium body, well carbonated.
This one pushes my buttons. Flavors are bright and alive, great aroma, the lactose works very well. Really enjoyable. Had on tap a few days before and liked it just as much. Certainly well worth a purchase.

Pours a very hazy dirty gold with a slight orange hue and a thin ring of white foam.
Citrus and sweet lactose aroma.
Citrus and creamsicle-like.
Light-medium bodied, low carbonation, smooth, sweet.
Overall, not the greatest looking beer nor does the aroma serve any justice, but this shines in flavor and feel.

A - Pours a murky dirty orange color with a very small white head.
S - The aroma is surprisingly absent.
T - This is where this beer shines. Some citrus up front, some grapefruit pith, just a little bitterness on finish.
M - I like that the lactose only adds a bit of creaminess and does not overpower the mouth feel.
O - My previous favorite in this category was 3F Apocalypse Cow (which I just had a few days ago), but I think Vinyl Frontier has edged ahead.

Batch 030 tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 750 bottle on June 11, 2017. Pleasant berry aromas and flavors. Very smooth feel and finish. Recommended.

Dark golden and hazy like a wicked dehydration piss after a night drinking, huge head. Smells like sweet powdered sugar, orange candy and pineapple. Super sweet but not cloying almost like a orange sherbet. Delicious.
