Bottled 10/12/16; drank 10/13/16 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big bright white head; thick, frothy lace.
Bubblegum, pineapple & peach notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Peach & bubblegum flavors up front; faint pine dryness on the finish.
Fruity & fun; a hint too dry for me but damn good.

Not quite as good as batch 7 but still an awesome beer. Great smell!

750 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow-orange pour, thick white foamy head lasts awhile, rings of lace. Citrusy tropical aroma. Tropical juicy orange taste with dank piney weedy resiny hops that fill the back end. Medium soft feel with desert dry finish. Very nice brew.

750 ml bottle, no bottled on date. Bottled and delivered fresh to the local beer shop last week. I've been sick, so the bottle has been held down. Batch #8, featuring Simcoe hops.
Poured into Mikerphone Brewing stemware.
A - Not the typical hazy juice bomb that i normally associate with Special Sauce, this one pours looking more like I Want My IPA, with more clarity, and a finger of frothy white foam head that leaves excellent spindles of fine lacing throughout. Appears wonderfully carbonated. Looks excellent.
S - A huge bursting juicy floral hop bouquet: tropical fruit smoothie notes of banana, pineapple, mango, coconut, & guava, with a hint of floral alcohol fumes.
T - Juicy, pulpy, pineapple, mango, coconut, floral alcohol, tropical.
M - Very easy-drinking stuff.
