I really loved how the sugar sweetness, and the citrus from the hops really complemented each other to form a light and fruity feel to go with the pale malt and hoppiness. This taste was by far the highlight of the beer, but it was a great cornerstone for it. The feel is decently thick and airy on the finish.

Tasted in a globe tumbler from draft at the Mikerphone tap room on April 13, 2017. Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 750 mL bottle on September 30, 2017. Look is gold orange with a thick white head and sticky lacing. Smell and taste sweet and bitter citrus, grass and some sweet malts. Feel is medium in body that is initially creamy but finishes a little dry.

Crowler filled 4/7/17; drank 4/9/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; strong, frothy lace.
Mango, banana, tangy grapefruit, cane sugar & dry grass notes in the nose.
Sticky medium mouthfeel.
Mango, cream & dry grass flavors up front; tangy grapefruit dryness on the finish.
Tangy & sweet, with a nice dryness for balance; can't say I've had a ton of "lactose pale ales" but this can at least stand up to Apocalypse Cow. Nice!
