Bottled 4/21/17; drank 4/22/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dark orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; a thick curtain of lace remained.
Peach, mango, cane sugar & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Tangy papaya & peach flavors up front; dry grass, pine & faint fruit punch notes on the finish. Faint booze heat emerged as this warmed.
This was nice enough but I don't think I'm a big Azacca fan; it seems a bit dry & pine-y for my tastes. Good but not great.

Poured into a snifter. Very cloudy brown with mass amount of sediment. Moderate foam with very healthy lacing. Lemony hoppy smell with just a hint of minty herbal undertone, Well balanced hoppy taste with just the right amount of juicy citrus (lemon), bitterness, and malt to really work well together. Crisp, clean, creamy, and easily drinkable.
