16oz can. Hazy and opaque yellow-orange beer with a frothy ivory head. Green hop aroma of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit. Flavors prickle the tongue with tart bitterness and notes of tangerine, pine, mango, melon, peach, mint, and lemon-lime. Full & creamy body, moderate carbonation and a moderately bitter finish. A very enjoyable DDH IPA. Motueka is not my favorite, but it works well in this one.

Typical appearance of an NEIPA but lacking in the typical, over the top, hop aroma and flavor. Great beer, I was expecting a little more though.

Man these guys are great with the ddh ipas. Again this is an ipa that really leads with a large variety of fruit in both smell and taste. Orange, peach, melon lead the smell with some grass. Taste has all of this plus some kind of resin that makes me think of bubble gum and candi sugar. Hops are in the background with the malt, providing a canvas for the fruits to create refreshing flavor. Feel is smooth and light

750ml bottle, served in a snifter glass. Pours a hazy golden yellow body with a slight orange hue, one and half finger white head, good retention, tons of lacing. Smell is sweet pulpy orange, tangerine, touch of mineral and resin, light caramel. Flavour is a bright citrus, mostly of the orange variety, although there is a slight leafy and floral aromatic component also contributing a bit of herbal bitterness on the backend, with a bit of toffee and minimal caramel sweetness in the backbone. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, soft but appropriately carbonated, smooth without being prickly. Not too bitter, just enough to keep things under control.
