Black body, dark and thick, one finger mocha head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is bourbon, sweet honey, chocolate, touch of vanillin, oak and cocoa. Flavour follows, it's fairly sweet with a hefty honey and bourbon presence, and the base holds up reasonably well to the adjuncts and barrel. Mouthfeel is full bodied, slightly sticky, good body and depth.
