This one I already saw as a love it or hate it beer. I enjoy creme brulee and flan, so I had a strong interest in this one once I heard about it. Pour is relatively clear light golden body, one finger white head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is vanilla bean, custard, quite a bit of lactose, light toasted grains, a bit of cake batter as well. Sweet nose, with a palate to accompany it. Sweet custard, vanilla bean, lactose. It does pull off the flan flavouring, which is quite nice. Mouthfeel is lighter medium bodied, smooth, slightly lower carb than expected but sufficient. Basically it nails that flan flavour, and I find that flan is a take it or leave it kind of flavour.

L: clear and golden, looks like a lager but with much less carbonation, and a little thicker, clings to the sides of the glass almost weirdly
S: vanilla and sugar, not much else, not great
T: sweet vanilla, a little bit of lager-like maltiness, not much else
F: smooth and creamy, goes down very easy, definitely the best part of this beer
O: I love Mikerphone, and I love flan, but I just can't say I liked this one. It tastes like Budweiser aged on Vanilla Yankee Candles. Needs more complexity, it just comes off as sweet and not much else. Definitely should have had some cinnamon in here at the very least, and at least a little bitterness would have improved it too. Hops would be weird, maybe they could have tried to get some burnt caramel flavor into the beer somehow, or maybe this would have worked better as a traditional milk stout instead of an albino stout, with some roasty/coffee bitterness.
