750ml bottle into an oversized snifter appears a clouded purple with pinkish stained head.
An aroma of blueberry pulp, little bit of almost candied raspberries, some earthiness and hairspray-like phenolics but not in a bad way.
The taste is tart and chock full of unripe blueberry flavor as all the sugar has left the building. Its lemony lactic with faint grain aftertaste.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. Pretty nice offering that hits me in all the right spots. Taking down 25oz was effortless, would drink again.

6 oz serving tasted in a tumbler from draft at the Mikerphone Brewing tap room on February 26, 2018. Look is hazy purple berry with a thin head and lingering lacing. Lots of tart berry flavor.
