Had on tap. If you love a wave of vanilla on the palate, this beer is for you! That being said it is not just a vanilla bomb, with coffee, dark chocolate, hazelnut and cinnamon coming out in the finish as a great supporting cast. Smooth and surprisingly light makes it dangerously drinkable for 11%

On draft at Mikerphone. Black body, one finger offwhite head, short retention, no lacing. Smell is massive coffee and vanilla; like a big bold roasted black coffee with a ton of vanilla creamer added into it. Stouty roast, milk chocolate, a touch of dark fruit. Big bold adjuncts here, and it really shines on both the nose and flavour. It's not too sweet, it's not too bitter or acidic from the coffee, but the coffee flavours really pop, and the vanilla smooths things out quite a bit while adding a fair bit of sweetness. It has more vanilla/marshmallow type flavour than the Collab I had next to it. Great adjunct flavour profile. Mouthfeel is medium fuller bodied, appropriate carbonation, balanced in terms of the obscene amounts of coffee and vanilla on the finish, it cancels out nicely. Very nice adjunct stout that combines two of my favored adjuncts. I give this one a hearty thumbs up.
