Sampled in a taster glass from draft at Mikerphone Brewing on May 17, 2019. Look is dark brown with a tan head and lingering lacing. Notes of graham cracker, chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow and a hint of bourbon. Feel is medium. Too sweet for my palate.

All kinds of floaters and things in the beer. The color is brown with no foam head. Smell is great. Getting the marshmallows and graham crackers, but the taste is just way overly sweet. 5oz pour was too much. This belongs in Florida somewhere.

Dark brownish-black with absolutely no head. All kinds of oils spot the surface and coat the glass in a white film, looking like a glass that's been used to drink hard water for a year without washing.

Super sweet and viscous, vanilla marshmallow introduces the flavor profile with a little bit of wafer, but I'm not really getting any graham. Some milk chocolate then surfaces, and doesn't let up, accented by an almost red fruit sort of candy, all extremely sticky. The chocolate turns into a bowl full of melted M&Ms, and leaves absolutely no room for any sort of barrel character at all, which is a damn shame since it was rye.

On draft at the taproom on release day.
