This imperial blonde stout was brewed with white chocolate, cocoa nibs, walnuts and vanilla. Made in collaboration with Beer On The Wall in Park Ridge, IL, it’s a smooth, slightly sweet, white chocolate dessert.

On tap at Beer on the Wall - Park Ridge, IL. Hazy orange body with a thinner beige head. Sweet aroma - different than anything I have encountered before - it is intriguing with maybe cake, vanilla, white chocolate, grain, and nut. Flavors are just as interesting: white chocolate, yellow cake, walnut, vanilla, caramel, and booze. Full body, lower carbonation, booze is warming and hot at times, sweet through the finish. Very interesting beer. I am not sure I am crazy over it but it isn't the worst thing ever. Being different is what helps this one.
