The appearance is cranberry juice. The smell is cheese cake, cherry, and cranberry. It smells like being in a bakery. Very nice. The taste... not Uncle Mike's Bakery level. Sweet cranberry. Light cream. The mouthfeel is like a cranberry juice mimosa. Like they drink up north Wisconsin, while ice fishing. Sweet, sparkly, bubbly, but harsh. Overall, drinking this beer seemed like I was drinking cranberry juice with a splash of vodka, with some cream cheese drizzled on top.
