The Things We Don't Say: Craft Beer For Mental Health project was created to help shift how we in the craft beer industry approach mental health by encouraging everyone to talk about their experiences & feelings, both good & bad, & to demonstrate the importance of asking for help when we need it.

Each of us at Mikerphone has been impacted by mental illness & losses from suicide, & rather than keeping quiet about it, we want to use beer - the very thing our community revolves around - to talk about it. We owe it to ourselves & our community to advocate for treating each other with dignity & make it a priority to open up and talk about the things we don't say.

We encourage you to support our take on Eagle Park's recipe, which is a double dry-hopped IPA w/Cashmere, Azacca, & El Dorado hops.

16oz can from Tavour. Ruby colored pour, fine off white head. Light fruit aroma, citrus, pineapple. Taste brings light malts to the game, more mellow fruity, citrus flavors. Strange tang at the finish. Light on the palate overall.

A: The beer is hazy pinkish red in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head. that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lime are present in the nose along with hints of candy.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of pear and melon.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a light amount of juiciness.
O: I'm not sure where the red color came from in this beer (other than maybe it was something to match the can color), but this is an easy drinking IPA.
