Poured from pint can into John’s Grocery pint glass.
A: Pours a dark hazy amber yellow hue with massive 3 inch frothy white head with excellent retention.
S: Lovely New Zealand hop aromas of light white wine, soft white grape, delicate melon, and hints of white pepper and dry earthy minerals.
T: Lovely soft and juicy white grape, subtle white wine, creamy melon, white pepper, sweet light lemon, and a hint of earthy funk.
M: Light body. Super creamy and soft feel. Luscious. Delicate sweetness with a vinous dryness. Lingers in a lovely fashion on the palate.
D: Such a wonderful combination and expression of the three New Zealand hops! Refreshing in a subtle manner. Complex in a defined range. Well done on the collaboration!
