Had on tap. Though some call it gimmicky, I like how this beer came to be, getting blending input for the masses. While good, I have to say that the masses didn't get as expressive a blend as some of the others in the series. Medium black pour with a brown head. Toasty oak with dark baker's chocolate, bourbon, molasses, and a hint of rye, and earth. Taste is very similar, decently barrel forward but more oaky than boozy, leather hides in the finish, while caramel is found in the middle of the sip. Feel is lighter bodied but rounded by barrel character, warmth is really pleasant, very drinkable and the abv is somehow very drinkable, can best sense the blending in the feel for sure
