Pitch black body with a brown head. The barrel took the nose for sure, huge whiskey, rye and oak dominate, dark chocolate, and char back up. Taste is led by the barrels too with dark chocolate, caramel, molasses, char, faint fig, wet earth melding in. Velvet smooth and warm body, never gets too boozy with strong maltwork. The wife liked it
