16oz can, thanks to Ken for the can from his local brewery
L: foamy eggshell head holds good retention atop a slightly hazed bubbly golden colored ale
S: lightly toasted grain, honey, light candi, white bread, spicy Belgian yeast
T: follows the nose with notes of dough, pale malt, white bread, orange blossom honey, light candi sugar, spicy Belgian yeast, and herbal/grassy hops
F: medium-to-full body, higher carbonation, dry & balanced finish while alcohol is mildly warming
O: good American brewed Tripel. Thanks Ken!

Had on tap. Somewhat cloudy pale yellow pour with a finger of white foam. Belgian yeast with pear and citrus accents, golden malts underneath in the nose, a fainter nose. Taste has more yeast and citrus leading, a hint of earthy spice lingers before the golden malt and light apricot with floral notes, the more I drink it the more I enjoy it. Feel is thinner though, yeast isn't lasting and malt is a touch watery, but spice and gentle botanical hop notes are pleasant. A crushable tripel for warmer times

Clear gold amber appearance.
Body is about medium with about the same for carbonation.
Orange fruit and peel, yeast, malt, honey, slight grainy bread
Taste has a very mild sweetness along with an even more mild dry bitterness. Some spice, fruit, honey.
A really nice attempt at the style and a beer I would look for again.
