I got feedback that some folks thought I rated the first SBAL too highly, well you are going to hate this review then because this was even better. It honestly tastes like brown sugar forward bcbs, complete with big vanilla but then has a hint of hazelnut, earthy spice and pronounced blended oak in the finish. Absolutely delicious. Nose is focused on the bourbon with molasses, brown sugar and chocolate starring, vanilla and oak appear later. Feel is still a touch warm and thin compared to bcbs, but the various barrels are certainly felt, and this body has more weight and smoothness in delivery, taking this to the next level compared to blend 1. Please don't buy this haters, I will happily go get more bottles!
