What happens when several of our brewery friends come into town for a festival? Well, we get them to taste through our bourbon barrels to create a beer.
The crews from Ology Brewing (Tallahassee, FL), Heist Brewery (Charlotte, NC), XUL Beer Co. (Knoxville, TN) and Orchestrated Minds Brewery (Fort Lauderdale, FL) did just that and came up with a crazy concept!
3 Chords And A Truth is a blend of 3 imperial stouts aged in Smoke Wagon bourbon barrels and a Weller wheated bourbon barrel, conditioned on 3 types of vanilla beans (Cook Islands, Uganda and Indonesia), 3 types of cocoa nibs (Ghana, Ecuador and Philippines) and 3 types of nuts (pistachio, almond and walnut). Woof!
This is a straight up melted candy bar!
