Imperial Smells Like Bean Spirit - Special Roast (Daydream Coffee Los Andes)

For this rendition we teamed up with Daydream Coffee out of Western Springs, Illinois. Dan brought us a variety of beans to smell and cup, and we chose his Los Andes Colombian Premium coffee beans. Los Andes is smooth and balanced, with natural sweetness and notes of hazelnut, chocolate, and creamy caramel that melds perfectly with the big roasty chocolate backbone and massive maple syrup in Imperial Bean Spirit.
