Pours faded red, slightly hazy, with moderate carbonation and a one finger head. Aroma is fully blackberries, with overtones of cherry. Taste is sour, but clean, and also very blackberry. Again, I detect some cherry in there. It really does taste very close to a cheesecake. This is a straightforward Berliner Weisse that is enjoyable.
