500 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 5/13/23.
Pours near black and opaque with no head and no lacing. Aromas of roasted malt, oak, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, bourbon, tobacco as it warms. Similar flavors: bourbon, roasted malt, oak, vanilla, char, chocolate, some tobacco, again, as it warms. Smooth, a solid full body, appropriately carbonated.
Pretty delicious. A terrific barrel, a rich full body, excellent and distinct aromas and flavors.
