Strangely off-white, almost glowing, it's almost like a glass of melted sorbet, if not for the slightly puffy blanket that rolls up into a mound at the edges.

The nose is crazy. Burned lemon peel? Pledge or Pine Sol? Taste isn't much different.

I appreciate what seems like some natural rind flavor, and this unusual viscosity despite its soft carbonation. It's intriguing, but also really hard to like.

This is more in line with an 'Italian Ice' per the flavor and close to limoncello in appearance. The aroma is semi fusil and wheat forward. Tasty beer overall and too easy to drink for an 8% sour. Very mellow tartness, not sour, extremely juicy and very mild acidic note or lemon & pith.
