A decent porter. Pours nearly black in color with a nice head retention. Flavor is of dark malts, with a dry, chalky taste. Something seems smoked here as well, not sure exactly what, but its a nice touch.
All in all, a fairly simple porter here. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to write home to my buddies about either.
