Poured from a 650ml bottle that i bought at the Pentiction Fest of Ale, Bottled on March 2016,8.5 ABV ,100 IBU
Fueled with Galaxy Hops.
A: Pours a very dark black with a thin brown head ans sticky tan lacing.
S: Toasted caramel and hops.
T: Wow wonderful flavor of hops and barley ,unreal.
F: Perfect balance.
O: In my opinion this was the best beer by far at the Pentiction Beer Fest and no one seemed to find it. At 100 IBU this one works and it really is a 100 . A stunning beer i wish i bought all that was at the fest. Probably one of the best brewed beers out of British Columbia.
