Many great things are to be found in hidden places. While driving along Batroun's busy reataurants/pubs street, you could never know that below, there is a convivial brewery and restaurant that serves 4 different locally brewed beers, not counting the occasional IPA. The lager they make looks good - a golden robe, like a silk skirt, you can't decide if it is opaque or translucide. The lager smells good enough, amd mostly, it tastes good and balanced. I prefer it from the tap, since i can enjoy it's full freshness, and flavor. The slightly bitter aftertaste it leaves is just an invitation to another glass. The unfiltered lager is also a worthy experience, if your tongue feels playful.
