A truly exclusive and honorable beverage, this "red" beer is pleasant in all aspects. It has a bright, cognac hue with an amber tint and a glow from the inside. This beer is brewed of caramel malt; its taste is slightly spicy, wonderfully soft and rich.

This beer came as a pleasant surprise when i first tried it, and has sustained it's expectatives up to the last time i had it. Right from the tap, it has a red color somewere between sunny and earthy - it is brewed in a sunny town after all, and it's caramelized smell is what you would expect a red to smell like. The taste is pleasant, refreshing and addictive, may i say. I made it in my drinking guidelines to always have one when visiting the Colonel brewery. And it's aftertaste is like a polite visitor: respectful of your palate, and does not overstay.

Copper-red pour; light malt aroma; more malt, along with some caramel & toffee on the tongue; medium-dry finish.
