A - Pitch black pour with a thick, frothy, toffee colored head.
S - Dark chocolate roast, some mild smokey, oak, bourbon, all with a little acidity.
T - Overall taste is heavy acidic, soy sauce, harsh bourbon, oak, boozy.
M - Medium body.
