Nice flavor, but more of a wheat beer than a traditional Hefe. The ale yeast chosen doesn’t yield much of a substantial banana/clove flavor, but the flavors as they are, are pleasant and enjoyable.
The hops flavor is subtle, malty flavors are soft, but get a chance to shine.
A very refreshing basic summer brew for what it is.

Zeroday Brewing Co. "When Did We Get A Dog?"
on tap at The German Society of Pennsylvania Bierfest 2018
Notes: Listed at 4.5% abv. Typical hefeweizen appearance, perhaps a little more golden than some. Good head retention and lacing. The aroma is fruity with berry followed by the usual banana and clove. Not surprisingly the flavor follows. Very limited bitterness of 12 IBUs or less. Sweetish but to style. Medium-light in body with a zesty effervescence. Remarkably easy to drink. Worth trying to be sure.
