Pouring a pale gold hue, this lager boasts a cracker like malty sweetness. Light and sessionable, this beer was made for kicking off flannel season with friends! Brewed and conditioned in a slow paced environment.

Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can and pouring into my .5L dimple mug.
The beer pours a slightly hazy goldenrod color with a fizzy bleached white head of 1cm . This foam fades to nothing soon after the pour. There are several active streams of carbonation, but they do not replenish the foam.
Aroma is some grainy malts and a bit of cracker and mild lemon. I also get some grassy hops on the nose.
First sip reveals a lighter body and very fine tingly carbonation and smooth texture. This beer drinks very easy.
Flavor is some grainy malt and a bit of sweet lemon again, sort of hard candy lemon not citrusy notes. There is a bit of light fruitiness that lingers after each sip. But the finish also dries out my palate encouraging me to take the next sip.
Pretty tasty festbier that I am glad to have had the chance to try.

solid little lager in here, fitting for the season, light but not overly so at the expense of grain character, drinkable and well lagered, maybe the best of the three beers i had in here, cool little spot too! i think this is not quite perfectly refined, a little cloudiness and less head than id like to see in the style from the tap, more yellow golden than anything, some light haze, and just a short white ring on it. the nose is right though, german pils malt, old world lager yeast that is somewhat expressive, and a light dose of what must be noble hops, and the proportions are nice, it smells fresh, there is some neat mineral character at the core of this, and its just a touch sweet it seems. a little baked richness to the front end of the flavor, a little raw and doughy though at the same time from the yeast, a little floral, a grain soup density but still light enough to crush. it tastes a little young and feels a little amateurish, but it does come close to crisp at the end and the body is lighter than the grain flavor. a couple of points of refinement away from real good, but i enjoyed this and it was cool to check out a new to me place during my very sort time in harrisburg, these guys have a cool space, a nice food menu, and some cool beers going!

The color is good, nice light brassy yellow with a quickly fading white head.
Nice carbonation level.
The taste is good, but it leaves an almost corn like residual sweetness in my mouth that I don't care for.
It's a good Festbier, but not a great Festbier.
I had on tap at the brewery.
