An amped up version of one of our favorite West Coast-style IPAs. Nugget hops give this DIPA a bright pine character that is complemented by stone fruit and tropical flavors from dry hopping with Citra and Nugget. This isn’t our first rodeo.

Poured into narrow imperial pint glass: color is gold, light haze, frothy white head presents 1+ fingers thick, head lingers and laces the glass well.
Smell is bright hops with citrus, pine, lighter stone fruit notes, earth, malt is light caramel and toast.
Taste is more emphatic than aroma: big citrus, pine, lighter stone fruit, earth; malt is notable and not overly sweet, think of nugget nectar like with hint more sweetness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a very good more classiclly styled DIPA - citrus/pine and some malt flavor.
