This is an unblended version of Big Mistake from a single barrel, 3 year Rye Whiskey from Yellow Rose Distilling.
Pours a solid blanket of black, with a thin, foamy cappuccino head. The head is infinite, lingers around forever. Caramel and chocolate aroma tones. The rye spice and wood tannins really came out on the end, although it had a smooth mid.
