This is an unblended version of Big Mistake from a single barrel, 5 year Rye Whiskey from Yellow Rose Distilling.
Poured ominous and black, cappuccino head with infinite retention. This was very similar to the 3 Year Rye barrel, but better. It had more rye character, slightly thicker mouthfeel and overall more depth of flavor. I kept coming back to this one.
