Pours a very clear golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both excellent. I get the aroma of straw and honey with some mild citrus. There is a little more citrus on the taste with a nice honey backing. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

It smells like a one of those English Pale Ales that William would drink with blessings of the heart. There is a nice white head that lingers and looms. The taste is malty with a hint of sweet, but much of the honey must have fermented into CO2 and EtOH, because it is well balanced. Even though it is brewed in Houston, TX, it reminds me of ye old'e English brews very much.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Slightly cloudy yellow color with little head or lacing. Subdued sweet floral smell. Lemony grassy taste, nice honey flavor. Overall, not bad.
