Pour is clear, Amber. Good light khaki head.
Nutty, malty nose. A bit of toasted bread.
Taste follows. Toasted bread crust, nutty, moderate noble hop character. Hint of bitterness. Not overly sweet.

Dark reddish copper, clear, with a medium off-white head.
Smell is bready, semisweet, molasses.
Taste is superb, more hoppy than most Marzens I’ve tried, but it works perfectly in this beer. Pilsner and Munich malts with noble hops, so well balanced. The lower abv makes this all the more crushable. This is by far my most favorite domestic Oktoberfest. I think this beer could hold it own against any in the style. Well done.
