Rad Robot leans towards the old school style of IPAs that are clean and simple with some pleasant bitterness. We use some of the classic 'C' hops along with Amarillo to keep it Rad.

Dated 5/10/23. Drank 5/31/23.
Pour is a crystal clear copper / burnt orange. Good retention and lacing.
Nose is pine, grapefruit, resin over a bit of caramel
Taste follows. grapefruit, citrus rind, pine bitterness layered over a nice caramel malt backbone. A lingering resinous bitterness persists. Great beer. Drinks like a classic west coast IPA - in the vein of Sierra Nevada Torpedo in terms of malt / hop character.
Smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. Invites another sip. Moderate carbonation.
