Appearance - 3.0
Pours a finger of loose beige head that quickly reduced to a thin layer over an aggressively fizzy body of clear amber-orange.
Smell - 4.0
Pleasant, fruity and floral aroma, mandarin zest and honeysuckle.
Taste - 4.0
More like a Belgian Pale Ale in my opinion. Biscuity, dusty malt backbone is there, soft mandarin-like fruitiness, moderately bitter with a slightly earthy character, finishing dry. I like it a lot.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Light to medium bodied, light to moderate carbonation despite early appearances.
Drinkability - 4.0
A sessionable ale, easy to drink and tasty enough to keep coming back for more.
OVERALL - 3.8
A very pleasant beer and a rather good find. Better head retention and more malt character, and I would rate this as world class. As it is, still a very good pale ale.

A - Poured into a pint glass a fairly clear orange with lots of small carbonation bubbles racing to the top. A white, fluffy 2cm head falls away fairly quickly.
S - Some light citrus fruit & floral hop notes.
Quite a strong acetaldehyde presence.
T - Again light citrus & floral notes, some vauge bready maltiness.
M - Light side of medium bodied, fairly high carbonation.
D - Not something I'd drink again and not even worth trying really. So many better options.
