A - Served in a small dimpled, handled mug. Pours a very dark brown with a 1.5cm beige head that slowly falls away leaving lots of thick lacing down the glass.
S - Big roasty, bitter chocolate aroma with some dark fruit touches in the background.
T - Lots of roasty, bitter chocolate also in the taste closely followed by some sweet caramel & coffee flavours.
M - Medium to full bodied, a fairly low carbonation & a lingering dry, roasty finish.
D - A fairly decent stout that I'd drink again.

Once again the brewers here have not been afraid to slighly undercarbonate. Many Australian stouts have too much carbonation in my book.
I find it hard to rate this lower than 4s all round. Is it a great beer? Probably not. Is it good? Undoubtedly.
Pours that lovely stout thick black with a nice lacy head.
Nice thick body in the mouth ending with standard bitter roast flavours you'd expect from a stout.
