A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high white head that took a very long time to settle down, leaving a large pillow of bubbles on the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of grainy malts and yeast are present in the nose. The yeast strengthens as the beer begins to warm up.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of grainy malts with notes of yeast and hints of buttery diacetyl.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a high amount of carbonation.
O: This beer was over carbonated so you really needed to wait for a while to let the foam die down before you could get to this beer.
