Cola,very dark amber appearance.
Body is about medium with plenty of effervescent carbonation.
Aroma is a really nice mix of malty,doughy bread,molasses and dark honey. Has a sort of sticky bun mildly sweet aroma.
Taste is a touch sweet but has a bigger hop bite than aroma suggested. Everything in the aroma shows up but the hop bite covers it up a bit.
Overall this was an excellent beer,perhaps my favorite from a great brewery.
