Golden color with a thin head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of cloves, Belgian yeast, sweet dough, a bit of banana and orange marmalade and mild herbaceous.
Flavor with notes of herbal and spicy hops, candi sugar, Belgian yeast, biscuit malt, pears and spices. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 6.2% is well hidden.
Well balanced and faithful to style Belgian Blond Ale. Fruity, spiced and with hops not lagging behind. It reminded me of Leffe Blond.

L- Pale yellow filtered body. Frothy white head, low persistence.
S- Strong belgian yeast and coriander. Some orange rind and caramel malts.
T- Belgian yeast, coriander and a subtle orange peel note.
F- Light, watery, refreshing. Leaves a slightly dry aftertaste.
O- Nice belgian blonde even though Im not a big fan of this style.
