Black color with red highlights and a thick caramel head with great retention.
Nice aroma with notes of pine, licorice, dark fruits and roasted malts.
Flavor with notes of Brazilian jabuticaba, pine, red grapes, spices, toasted and roasted malts and lactic acid. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Very good Black IPA; Mexicans have done well with American hoppy styles. Worth trying.
