Draught @ Brewery: This one poured a dark reddish-brown color. There was a small off-white head and not much lacing. Faint orange, grapefruit and lemon notes to the nose. Maybe a hint of pine. The taste is good. Grapefruit, orange, mocha chocolate, citrus Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter. Almost black. Ruby tinged with an off white head and great retention. Smells like candy sweetness, orange, and dark chocolate roasted malts. I can?t categorize the taste. Sweet orange up front. Wheat? Some sort of grain takes over. Heavy caramel and fruitiness. Very light roastiness. Medium body. High carbonation. Strange beer. I kinda like it, but it doesn?t fit into any palate expectations, so it?s tough to be objective.

They call this a Black IPA, it's not very IPA at all, but still a very enjoyable brew
