Snifter Glass
Look: Hazy brown-orange color, pouring a thin cap for a head which quickly dissipated into nothing
Smell: Hint of citric acid, stone fruit, yeast
Taste: Medium tartness, musty yeast, stone fruit. Finish has a hint of bitter musty yeast, some fig, and a light hint of malt
Feel: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp finish
Overall: Its good, light fig presence

Had this on draft 12/15/21 @ the Beer Temple.
Cloudy orange appearance.
Almost no off-white head; almost no lace.
Tart fig & raspberry notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Tart strawberry & fig jam flavors.
A balanced treat, both tart & sweet. I'd have another...

Not sure as to the spelling of this beer, but if it’s Bizou it’s my absolute favorite at Allagash. Super well balanced, amazingly drinkable. Was told this is really tough to brew as prone to explosion.
