Take flight with notes of ginger, citrus, and spice. This Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with coriander, CuraƧao orange peel, and Maine-grown ginger. Its flavor is full of tropical esters from our house yeast, while a generous grain bill lifts its ABV a bit higher than your average wheat beer.

Pours quite clear for the style with a fairly dense pure white head. Wheaty tang and plenty of Orange on the nose. Earthy ginger and coriander in the background. As it sits, the typical Belgian spiciness emerges.
The taste is crisp and clean. Pretty orange forward, but the ginger, coriander, and yeast driven flavors all play nicely. Tangy wheat holds it all together. Slight earthy notes.
It is light to medium bodied, fairly refreshing with a clean finish. Peppery spice shows up after a few sips.
Overall this is pretty enjoyable. A more flavorful version of their White.

Pale golden and somewhat hazy with a thinning white head, looks good for the style. Sweet, yeasty orange scented brew, pretty nice. Flavor really has some pop for a wit, sweet and flavorful. Decent carbonation and dare I say a creamy feel. Pretty decent.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that ends up as lacing.
Smells of malt, yeast and spice. Tastes of tangy wheat malt, Belgian yeast , orange and spice. I saw on the label that ginger is in the mix. I think I am tasting it in the warm finish to a sip.
Medium body and carbonation. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Look - 16 oz can, poured into a standard pint glass. Lemon yellow in color, slightly cloudy, and small frothy head with little lacing.
Smell - Belgian yeast, some orange peels, and warmness/spiciness from the ginger, although I don't actually smell the ginger itself.
Taste - wheat forward with plenty of spiciness, giving a slightly warm sensation. finish is clean.
Feel - light to medium bodied beer, high carbonation, and pretty high in ABV at 7.5% for this style. alcohol is very well masked.
Overall - this is a clean Belgian style witbier that utilizes local ingredients and packs a slight punch
