A foudre-aged session-strength sour ale brewed with local spelt and oats. Soft, balanced, and eminently drinkable tart ale.

An interesting non-fruited low-abv wild sour. Moderate funkiness and acidity with an odd grainy note that I assume is from the spelt. (I haven't been a fan of spelt in beer previously.) Easy to drink but could be a lot better without the spelt (I think).

On tap at Craft Burgers & Beer in Pawtucket RI
Pours a completely clear golden in the tulip, 2 fingers of white head that fade to a cap
Aromas of light lemon, oats and a mild funk
Very clean drinking sour, a no bs tart ale without any added fruit, just light tartness
The subtle carbonation is really nice here, super light body with an off drying finish
Overall something really simple and cool, could throw these back all day

Had this on draft 10/26/19 @ the Beer Temple.
Mild tartness & lemon notes mark the nose & flavor, with a pleasant carbonation bite.
Kind of a baby Coolship Resurgam. I liked it!

Sour ale with spelt and oats. Decent sourness, but mild compared to some other brews from Allagash. I'd consider this a session sour beer in terms of category.
